                   Every electorate knows who is the known devil as agreed by the old devil , “ It’s we “ the one i.e Umno/BN when answering a question from the press. During his reign , the Memali massacre happened! . The killing of innocent ‘ kampong’ folks who defended their village without any bullets . It is just a matter of bamboo, sticks and ‘ parang ‘ ; not even a rifle. ( Rela rifle ) !

                    There was no police track records showed the martyr Ustaz Ibrahim Libya was a criminal. The whole area could have been quarantined for a few days without water, electricity and food. With just the water canon and tear gas alone .  They would have surrendered . But why they were massacred ?.

                    Until now the DPP could not prosecute them as criminal in court ? So, who is the murderers ?  Who was the Premier at that time and what was the ruling party? .  To ask the Almighty to destroy Umno is permissible in Islam. Because injustice has been done in the Memali Massacre incident which is recorded in history as a tragedy for Malaysians, abuse of power , autocracy and primitive enforcement bloody actions to the innocent ‘ kampong’ folks. Just because Martyr Ibrahim Libya shocked the devil party in Kedah ! But the Almighty has given Kedah now to the One Malaysia Islamic Party ( PAS ) and Pakatan ! , Thanked the Almighty !

                   What that will be destroyed is not its followers but the known devil organization i.e. UBN . The followers of Umno may join in PAS or PKR and the followers of MCA, Gerakan , MIC may join PAS SUPPORTERS WING , DAP or PKR in PAKATAN . This is due to the fact that UBN is a wrecking ship awaiting to be sunk at any time now prior to the GE13! . To be save , it’s better to jump into a new ship i.e. Pakatan on a smooth sailing to Putrajaya with the grace of the Almighty!

                   PAS is not a devil party  as proven during the Black May 13 , the whole nation was in chaos but not in Kelantan . There was no May 13 in Kelantan because Kelantan was under the rule of ONE MALAYSIA ISLAMIC PARTY ( PAS )i.e. Party Islam Satu ( SE ) Malaysia. Based on the teachings of Islam, the PAS President Dato’ Asri Muda had directed all the muslims not to touch the non –muslims in any way what so ever and protect them instead from any harm.

                   PAS is a peace loving party and PAS is for all. PAS once had a political collaboration with party Negara led by Dato Onn Jaafar ( the first President of Umno who left Umno ) . A coalition government with Perikatan in Kelantan . And after May 13 , PAS joined in BN to stabilize the nation. So when Umno young ulamak fathul said ,” Why PAS having a pact with DAP and PKR instead of UMNO”. The answer is Umno as proven to be the known devil;  later had ‘ kick –out ‘ PAS from BN and took over Kelantan through : “ Mageran “( National Action Council ) by just burning of a few old tyres in Kota Bharu .

                            And Gaffar Baba said with arrogance that , “ there is no need for PAS because Umno is strong and could stand on its own “ . Fathul should understand this why PAS has reaffirmed by Dr. Harun Din that “ Tahaluf Siasi “ PAS political pack with DAP and PKR in Pakatan is vital, condusive, realistic , practical, Islamic and accepted by the masses as a New Political Masses Pact . Which is non-racist for a Benevolent State and Justice For All . Upholding the four principles of our Federal Constitution that is : i) Islam as the official religion and other religions are free to be practiced ii) Loyalty to the Malay Sultanates iii) The Malays Bumiputra rights and other races are given their own rights and v) Bahasa Malaysia as the official lingua franca and the mother tongue of other race are allowed.

                             But who has violated the Hudud Law ( meant for Muslims only because non-muslims already have the Civil Law or " Ta'azir " ( Judge Discretion )  from implementation in Kelantan with a letter of threat from the  old devil premier? . Who has violated the Malay Sultanates and condemning them without being taken under the Sedition Act during the Constitution Crises . Withdrawing and denouncing the Sultanate Power ? Who has withdrawn the Bumiputra Scholarships inclusive of Bumiputra in Sabah and Sarawak ?. And finally who had betrayed our National Language i.e. Bahasa Bahasa Malaysia not as the lingua franca for the subjects of Science and Mathematics in schools. Whereas if your son is sent to study abroad in Russia, Japan, China, Germany , France etc . He has to learn the foreign language not English ! English or Arabic could be the second language but not a major language or being the medium of instructions in schools.

                              Acheh State is given 40% of Royalty by the Indonesian Federal Government. But Kelantan and Terengganu being a 90% predominantly Malays and Muslims  are denied their royalty rights ? That is 5%  Royalty ! . Here the devil party with a Malay Nationalist Mask has betrayed the muslims, Malays and the Kelantanese as a whole inclusive of the Siamese , Indians and Chinese . Living in peace in Kelantan under PAS Pakatan Benevolent State for more than 22 years . No doubts about it recognized by DAP Lim Kit Siang as well ! .

                                So, when Transparency International has recognized Kelantan good governance with surplus budget and “ ZERO CORRUPTION “ together with Penang ( DAP Pakatan ) Kedah ( PAS Pakatan ) ,Selangor ( PKR Pakatan ) and the ‘ coup “ Perak Government ( PAS Pakatan ) . This proves that PAS DAP PKR ( Pakatan Government ) is better than Umno. MCA and MIC . Remember BN federal rule runs at deficit for 15 years and with a debts of RM502 Billions almost the amount of our national revenues ! . Would you like to see Malaysia go BANKCRUPTCY ! Why there ‘s no  Competency and Integrity any more!.  Not during the time of Tunku or Tun Razak ! which is more for the bellies and building up personal empire ! Inclusive of Sarawak Chief Minister and the people are poor ! and left out from development! as Sabahans are !

                                Save Malaysia now and change BN to Pakatan in GE13 by the grace of the Almighty ! Don’ worry Pakatan States have proven us their able leadership full of competency and integrity . And in the national level there are so many parliamentarians and good leadership of Pakatan Rakyat. Fighting for the Rakyat and for a BENEVOLENT STATE. Such as for free education, low prize of cars , low prize of petrol, removal of AES , etc. as in the “ BUKU JINGGA” of Pakatan offers to the Rakyat!.

                               Cronyism , corruption and abuse of power is another work of the known devil. Scorpene ‘kick-off ‘ commission money to the crony of the premier:  Razak Baginda was paid by the Malaysian government the some of RM500 Million. Which is in actuality a plain corruption using the tax payers money. The old devil insists of resigning as the adviser of petronas when his son was gifted oil field ! that will last for 3 ½  years. And MAS was forced by the old devil adviser to buy petrol from Petron his son’s company for six month !. Whereas MAS and Petronas are government agencies. Umno allowed the PKFZ abuses of power cronyism and corruption amounted to RM12.5 Billion. From BMF scandals to Pewaja Steel and Syarizat Proxy Cow Shit RM 250Million scandal ! Scandals after scandals ! 

                               The devil party has ignored and refuted four masses movements demands:  determined by the colours such as . GREEN ( Anti -Lynas green movement) , RED ( Royalty to Kelantan and Terengganu ) , Yellow ( Masses anti EC pseudo or ‘phantom’ electorates in the ELECTORAL ROLL i.e. 282,000 of them not being removed by Umno tool EC  and its 8 demands )  and OREN ( Masses movement called ANAK ) to protect the Felda Settlers Rights and anti Globalization which is a failure .20% shares allocated to a Jewish Company to take control of palm oil monoply . It's common for the Devil Party because Jewish Ship ZIM anchored at Klang Port recently ! Business in Bukit Aman coummunication system was given to an Israelite military . Thus, Umno is Apco and Apco is Umno as revealed by Anuar in the Parliament ! . Only a known devil party could have close ties with ZIONISM ! This is a TRUE FACT ! Malaysia trade with Zionist as revealed in the Keadilan newspaper ! not being summoned by the Devils ! 

                               Thus, one must dethrone the devil party in the GE13 and pray to the Almighty Umno and its sychopants will face its doomsday and destroyed . For good  in the GE13 and  for God sake and save Religion, Race and Nation which has being manipulated by Umno racist ideology.  Which is bad for Malaysia. Our future now lies with PAS DAP PKR in Pakatan . And “ KALI INILAH “ for the people of Sabah and Sarawak the poorest states but rich in petrol and timber . Pakatan offers 20% royalty so as to subdue poverty !

                           When Karpal Sing says the implementation of  the Hudud Law ( Islamic Penal Code ) is against the Federal Constitution . Nasaruddin immediately reacted and will proceed with a summon against Karpal Sing; singing all the way.

                            But when Soy Egg of MCA condemned Hudud Law mocking at it continuously . Fathul being the ulamak of Umno and Nasaruddin ( former PAS Deputy President ) just kept quiet being silent satans ! Why Nasa never react at all and instead join hand with the known devil Umno as remarked by Mahathir not to say anything!.

                            We don’t have a Constitution Court so DAP may have a point to debate on it democratically . Because if Kelantan wants to impose the Islamic Penal Code it has got all the prerequisite conditions needed for a democratic implementation . As such, Kelantan has gone through with the approval of the State Legislative Body i.e. the State Assembly of Kelantan ( Dewan Undangan Negeri Kelantan ). And remember religion is within the jurisdiction and  authority of the State Government.

                            Secondly, it has the full mandate needed by the lawmakers of the State Legislative Body 100% ; when the Islamic Penal Code was passed by the State Assembly .Thirdly,  it has gone through yearly organized forums and educating the rakyat about the Islamic Penal Code and well understood by the rakyat . Inclusive of getting the support of the non-muslims . Inclusive of the Christian pastors and Buddhist monks harmonious relationship with the Chief Minister TGNA . Living peacefully in justice for all with the Islamic Welfare Good Governance as being recognized by the Transparency International of being zero corruption and justice being done and the welfare of the people being taken care of .

                            And fourthly, it has got the Royal Consent as the Head of the Religious Institution in Kelantan so as to implement the Islamic Penal Code . Umno has been the obstacle which is a traditional blockade to implement the Islamic Penal Code in Kelantan . Everybody knows it comes from the known veteran devil alias Mahathir with his letter of black- mail to the Chief Minister TGNA if hudud were to be implemented . ( The authority of the letter still persist under Najib’s premiership ) . Remember, in our nation history , Kelantan was once under the National Movement Council “ Majlis Gerakan  Negara or Mageran Rule “ with just burning of old tyres to take over Kelantan.

                              Soy Eng and MCA is not like Karpal Sing and DAP . DAP talks about our Federal Constitution whether Hudud Law is coincide or not ! But Soy Egg, MCA and Gerakan have gone over the limit of freedom of speech by uttering things mocking at Hudud Law . Disrespecting other religion and mocking at it is immoral and Malay says “ Kurang Ajar “ bastard ! .Condemning other religion is wrong and Islam is the official religion of Malaysia and other religions are free to practice . Hence ,Soy Egg, MCA and Gerakan are humiliating his Majesty the Yang Dipertuan Agong as the head of the  religion of Islam in this country . For condemning Hudud Law all out  disrespecting the feelings of the muslims in this country . Mahathir once mocked at the royalties during the constitutional crisis but he was not charged under the Sedition Act! . Lisewise , Umno permits Soy Egg , MCA and Gerakan to mock at Islam without any action taken against them .

                                  PAS never ever criticizes other religions such as Christianity , Buddhism or Hindu for that matter based on the Qur’anic teachings. When the All Mighty says “ lakum di nukum waliyadeen “ ( Your religion is your religion and my religion is my religion ) Thus, Islam teaches its followers to respect each other beliefs and religion.

                                 The muslims have patience . If  Soy Egg , MCA and Gerakan is pushing Islam to the corner they are finished ! The least MCA and Gerakan will permanently be dead logs for good in the GE13 together with the well known devil UMNO for abetment!

                                 Umno ulamak fathul is silenced by Umno and Najib because Najib once said. “ Hudud cannot be implemented in Malaysia “ on 29 SEPT 20ll.

                                If Perkasa secretary says , “ It’s Haram to vote for MCA “ . Likewise the rakyat will come to a conclusion that the vice-versa to Umno as well because it’s President is also against the implementation of the Hudud Law as MCA is ! .

                                 Nasaruddin don’t be hypocritical about Hudud Law . If he intends to summom Karpal Sing on Hudud issues . Now  why Nasa never summon Soy Egg being the “Barua” ( donkey ) of Umno against Hudud and summon Najib as well .

                                Whereas he once delivered a speech saying that the Political Pact ( “ Tahaluf Siasi “ ) of PAS with DAP and PKR is accepted by the Chairman of the World Ulamak Council i.e. his holiness Dr. Yusuf Qardawi and other Islamic Movement religious  authorities ( “ Harakatul Islamiyyah “ ) at the international level .

                                As PAS President TGHA said, “ the political pact and engagement with DAP gives us more victory and we never lose anything at all “ . Subky Latiff said, “ PAS should be thankful to DAP and grateful to the All Mighty for making DAP  paralyzed MCA and Gerakan which PAS could hardly do . Thus, by doing so PAS could win more seats in the 40% Chinese community constituencies which PAS had never experience before. Now muslims are supporting DAP instead of MCA and Gerakan or MIC for that matter . And Chinese are voting for PAS and Pakatan instead of UBN .

                                Hudud is not the issue for the Chinese community now because compared to the early 60’s to 80’s non muslims are not well informed because the prime media , tv and radio are under Umno controlled. But now, in this Cyber Word of independent social internet . Nothing could be hidden and the truth prevails itself.

                                Umno is off-hand because information is coming directly and spontaneously and no way for RTM and the prime media to hide the truth of the whole truth. Everything is at the finger tips. Rakyat may determine the earlier downfall of UBN. Kelantan welfare good governance is accepted by all and the non- muslims knew  that Islamic Penal Code is only meant for the muslims only and  it won’t affect their livelihood in any way .

                               Soy Egg mocks at Islam will eventually arouse the muslims anger and obviously MCA could not get the support from the Malays and muslims to vote for them . Subsequently, Umno will face a more drastic fall in the GE13 for its abetment with MCA pertaining to MCA mocking at Islam and therefor as Perkasa secretary said its “Haram” ( prohibited ) to vote for MCA may also applies to Umno for being a silent satan abetting with MCA.

                             Awaiting to see whether Nasaruddin will react or not with the MCA mocking at Islam as what he intended to do to Karpal Sing! . Fathul of Umno ulamak ofcourse is a ‘ Barua ‘ ( donkey ) of Najib and Umno to  challenge Soy Egg MCA .  As MCA is also the “ Barua “ ( donkey ) of Umno to mock at Islam making Hudud a game and a mockery of UBN. Which inturn becomes a weapon killing MCA and UMNO for good.  In this cyber social internet era to be dethrone in the GE13 by the grace of the Al Mighty! for good. Najib fears of becoming the first Umno Opposition leader in this country. The rakyat is eager to wait for  the GE13 so as to send Pakatan to Putrajaya ! Insya Allah ! for a new face of Malaysia of non-racist and justice for all of a  New Welfare State!. Save Malaysia from one crony , corruptions and abuses of power by UBN . Hudud is not the issue now as in the 60’s! Umno will die and digging its own grave now for good! With MCA as well! WHEN MCA N UMNO COLLABORATE MOCK ISLAM !                          Najib has condemned, humiliated and refuted Islam when he made a statement  by saying , “ Hudud Cannot Be Implemented In Malaysia “ . Hudud , Kisos ( Battery ) and Taazir ( Judge Discretion ) are the Islamic Penal Code . Therefor, when he refuted Hudud ; the repercussion is he has violated Islam , i.e, violating the Islamic Penal Code . Simply means he has violated the Almighty , the Proprietor of Power and the “ Absolute Law Giver “ . Which leads to Apostacy ( Riddah or Murtad ) .

                           Unfortunately he could not be charged under Hudud Penal Code because in Malaysia there is NO HUDUD LAW  eventhough trice “ Hudud Act “ being proposed by TGHA but were rejected  by Umno ( speaker ) in the parliament.

                           Principally , it’s haram ( prohibited ) to vote Umno because  Umno and its President Najib has rejected and refuted the Islamic Penal Code ( Hudud ).

                           But the President of Umno could not escape from being charged under the Sedition Act because the statement he has made pertaining to Hudud  on 19 SEPT 2011 is considered as very seditious as it’s humiliates the muslims , the Almighty , Qur’an , Hadis  . sultans and the Islamic Penal Code .

                          Like wise it’s “ Haram “ ( prohibited ) to vote MCA  as its leaderships such as Soy Egg said, “ the Umno State Assembly of Johore is out of his mind ( insane ) if he wants Umno to be the first one to implemented Hudud Law . Meaning Umno all these while has been collaborating with MCA to refute Hudud. Likwise , Umno lawyer fought in court to dismiss the Kelantan Islamic Penal Code but lost the case . Similarly , Donald Duck wants to do the same thing if hudud were to be implemented in Malaysia !.

                         Islam is the official religion in this country and other religions  are given their democratic rights to practice their own beliefs . So it’s important that non-Moslems should not ever refute Islam and respect Islam and the believers to practice Islam because it will be seditious if they make fun of Islam or make a mockery out of it as what Umno does ! . But the Sedition Act has been selective in terms of punishment under this act. !

                           This is Malaysia and this is the present system which let  the birds of the same features escape freely . Remember Mahathir once condemned the Malay Sultans during the time of the Constitution Crisis but he escapes till now . Where is the Sedition Act ? .

                          Principally DAP has not rejected Hudud but just opposes Hudud has being against the Federal Condition  as Karpal Sing said, “ Malaysia is Secular State not an Islamic State ( in actuality just a Moslem State because Hudud not being practice ) . The mistake that Karpal Sing did in person is when he condemned the Islamic Penal Code as injustice without realizing that If a criminal not charge under Hudud could move to Taazir ( Judge Discretion ) . Remember, Hudud had proven justice to the moslems when it was implemented for 800 yrs in Spain. And the highest crimes in the world by minit is New York not in Riyad ( Saudi Arabia ) where one could leave his merchantdize items without being stolen when one is going for prayers ! Could this happen in New York in this ‘ modern’ world !

                        But Umno and MCA is worst  because have refuted and violated the Islamic Penal Code  totally . Now between DAP and MCA , Gerakan ; the Moslems must vote for DAP because DAP opposes but MCA Gerakan rejects Hudud as Umno is .  And between  Umno and PAS , PKR and DAP ; the moslems must vote for PAS , PKR and DAP . That is ;  ANTHING BUT UMNO ( MCA) .

                        Thus, there’s nothing wrong with PAS political collaboration ( “ Tahaluf Siasi “ ) with DAP and PKR because Pakatan agrees  to withhold i) Islam as the Official Religion and other religion could be practice   ii ) Bumiputra rights and non- Malays have their own rights as well as the citizen of this country iii ) The Malays Sultanate Sovereignty and iv) Bahasa Malaysia as the official language and other languages ( mother tongue )  could have their own schools .

                      Hudud is out of the scenario because it has nothing to do with the non- Moslems because the principle of Islam is ‘ La iqra hafiddeen ‘ ( there’s no compulsion is religion ) for the non –moslems. Which mean non-moslems are not affected at all with the Islamic Penal Code because they have the “ Civil Law “ in practice . So it’s not an issue at all ;  It’s just a matter of Hudud Mockery all these while by Umno , Mahathir and Najib  and all Umno’s previous premiers .

                      So in conclusion there’s nothing wrong for the moslems to change the ruling party by discarding Umno , MCA , Gerakan and MIC and vote for a new non-racist and universal political collaboration that comprised of PAS, DAP and PKR i.e Pakatan Rakyat as the government in the waiting peacefully through the ballot paper . In the coming GE13 and take over Putrajaya in a two party-system  as in England and America .

                       Save Malaysia from the ‘ KNOWN DEVILS “  as quoted by Mahathir ! as we all know is full of CORRUPTIONS, CRONYISM AND ABUSES OF POWER !  for a very long time : 55yrs !  And sent PAS PAKATAN TO PUTRAJAYA !  by the grace of the almighty !

                              Umno supporters who are keen in Islamic plight should understand the mockery of Umno on Islam and Hudud Law in this country . All the premiers of Umno are not keen to impose hudud law due to their English educated background and misconception of the Islamic Penal Code ( Hudud , Kisos and Ta’azir ) .  What ‘s interesting now is Mahathir once sent a letter of threat  to TGNA during his premiership Kelantan not to impose Hudud Law . But out of the blues he proposed PAS to leave Pakatan and  join Umno to implement Hudud . What a JOKE of the decade !

                            Umno ‘s cabinets right from Tunku’s time till now never support Hudud Law. TGHA trice proposed Hudud Act in the parliament but was rejected by the parliament . A clear cut proofs that Umno is not for Hudud Law .

                            Hudud Law approved by the State Assemblies  of Kelantan and Terengganu were not PAS HUDUD because both states had formulated the Hudud Law with the assistance of Islamic penal code experts from the local universities and abroad which is the closet to the Al-Qur’an and Assunnah ( Hadith ) of prophet  Muhammad pbuh referring to all the ‘mazhab’ in Islam . One of them was Prof Ahmad Ibrahim .

                           Out of the blues one Johor assembly man suddenly wanted Umno to  implement the ‘ real ‘ Hudud Law not PAS Hudud ! . Whereas since merdeka more than 55 yrs Umno said Hudud Law is in the Al-Qur’an as once told by Tun Ghaffar Baba! . Any lawman knows any law must be formulated and approved in the parliament in order to be implemented which was trice rejected by Umno in the parliament .

                         Mahathir with the threat letter to TGNA and Najib said . “ Hudud Cannot Be Implemented In Malaysia “ in a statement by him on 29 SEPT 2011 !!!. The idea of Mahathir to ask PAS to join in BN and leave Pakatan Rakyat in order to implement Hudud Law is due to he sees Umno is at the verge of doomsday as to Golkar in Indonesia and  Congress Party of India .

                        In order to sustain Umno in power after the GE13 , he came out with this notion . It’s crystal clear that he’s playing a game ; a mockery out of religion to fool the moslems and the Malaysian as a whole . He’s afraid that his nightmares might come through as what happened to Mubarak of  Egypt , Suharto of Indonesia and Marcos of Philippines !!!  . It’s too late for a ‘powerless  Ex Premier to do so in his game .  AS  a   former pseudo democrate , false Islamist and former autocrate already being recorded in the Malaysian History ! .

                    The days of Mahathir, Najib, Umno and MCA are numbered . Umno followers should by now leave Umno and supporters of BN to do the same and join PAS and Pakatan Rakyat for a better Malaysia . Because Umno is already sick and dying with its own handiworks such as cronyism , corruptions and abuses of power! . Umno is a sinking ship! So it’s better to leave now before you are drowned with Umno . PAS and Pakatan is the NEW GOVERNMENT IN THE WAITING .  It’s too much ! of Umno  mockery deceiving the rakyat !

                  It’s time for Umno to go in a two party system and PAS Pakatan is already prepared for the changes to take over Putrajaya peacefully through the ballot paper after the GE 13 for good by the Grace of the Almighty ! The Proprietor of Power !

                 Pakatan has proven being  a better government then Umno/Bn in its good governance and recognized by Transparency International as good governance in Kelantan, Penang , Selangor and Kedah . Which has brought surprising surplus to its yearly budget compared to the Federal Government seven successive years of deficit with the national debts almost superceed the national  income !

                 For 55 years Malaysians have been deceived with Umno Racist Mockery and Religious Extremism Game  . When Utusan Umno says that its’ Haram’ ( prohibited ) for the moslems to vote for DAP  with Umno commentary that PAS must leave Pakatan because DAP is against Hudud did not work at all .

              On the contrary that MCA said that the Umno Johor State Assembly man has  gone ‘ out of his mind “ ( in order words means insane ) when he proposed Umno to be  the first to impose Hudud Law ! Whereas DAP did not reject Hudud Law because DAP respects Islam as the official religion in this country and other religion is allowed to be practice .

              Every layman knows this game when MCA is not declared as “ dangerous infidels “ ( ‘ Kafir Harbi ) by Utusan Umno !  DAP only said Hudud Law is against the Federal Constitution for Malaysia is a SECULAR STATE but Mahathir the mockerer once said Malaysia is an ‘ Islamic State “ ( Without Hudud )  . Whereas  in actuality Malaysia is a Moslem State not an Islamic State !  “ Kafir Harbi “ only will exist when there is an Islamic State comes into being ! not now !

                            But right now MCA and Umno are from those days are hand in hand reject the Hudud Act in the parliament !  Thus, moslems must leave Umno now because its haram ( prohibited ) to all moslems if they abet ( ‘ subahah ‘ ) with Umno against the Hudud Act TRICE proposed by TGHA in the parliament !

                         For Soi Lek and all the non-Moslems should leave MCA and join Pakatan as their Moslems friends joining PAS and Pakatan for good . Non-Moslems need not to worry because Hudud is not meant for the non-Moslems as feared by Umno . Because they may opt to the present CIVIL LAW ! as ordained in the Kelantan and Trengganu Penal Code ! . “ Hudud Law Is Only Meant For The Moslems As the ‘ Zakat’ System Is “  ! No non-Moslems are force to pay the ‘Zakat “ ( Tithe ) because they are not moslems. Likewise, our two banking system i.e. Islamic Banking System and Usury Based Banking System which is not a problem for the non-Moslems.

                        PAS DAP PKR is the  new strongest platform now for the masses to fight for  justice and a better governance in Putrajaya . In the Peninsula, Sabah and Sarawak  as well  after the GN13.                  When there is autocracy  there is pseudo  democrate premiership in  a “ Parliamentary Dictatoship “ system of autocratic governance . Democracy could be uttered but could not be seen in practice  and the application of “ democracy  “ is only “ Cosmetic , rethoric and camouflaged “ ! Indeed! .

                  Autocatic Mahathirism has started 22 years of Mahathir premiership and continues during Najib’s regime . One simple example is ISA verbally pronounced by Najib as already been eliminated. But still we have 45 detainees not being released . Thus PAA ( Peaceful Assembly Act ) is merely a cosmetic and false democratic move of the ruling party . Whereby in the act says that , “ any rally on the street is considered as illegal and prone to arrest and imprisonment ! “ which is worse than ISA ( Internal Security Act ) . The “ Rakyat  “ ( massses ) has been the  victims of police brutality as told by SUHAKAM which do not agree with it as in ths BERSIH 3.0 peaceful  YELLOW rally.

                  During “ operasi lalang “ ( Arrest of Mahathir / PM enemies )  Mahthirism premiership have arrested all his critics without bringing them to an open court to prove them guilty and no ‘ herbeas corpus ‘ being given ! . ISA was fully utilized by Mahathir  to subdue his political enemies such as from PAS and DAP and even NGO such as Aliran ( Dr. Chandra Muzaffar ) were arrested and sent to “ KEMTA “ ( Detention Camp ) ;  “ JUDGEMENT WITHOUT TRIAL “ .

                 ISA stands as an autocrate shield to prolong the breath of the ruling party. Mahathirism autocrate abuses of the Printing Act ; did not give freedom of press when harakah applications for a dalily issue were rejected! . There were also no freedom of speech when many opposition leaders were arrested as well under his favourite ISA ( “ IKUT SUKA AKU “ or “ My whim n fancies “ ) .

                When the ruling party( “ BN “or National Front )  was dethroned in Terengganu during his premiership. 5%  Royalty due to the new government i.e. “ PAS “ ( Pan Malaysia Islamic Party ) rule was totally denied eventhough it was the rights of the Terengganuians. Mahathirism over-ruled the democratic rights and federalism of the poor muslims and Malays as the “ rakyat “ of Terengganu ! Autocratic rule  comes along with his cousin i.e. Treachery an act of treason by an autocrate premier to the people of Terengganu and against the State Agreement with Petronas! . To Mahathirism a nobel agreement became null and void because he showed his power of autocratic Mahathirism . Which is followed by his loyal student Najib such as not giving the 5% Royalty due to Kelantan and denounces the call of Kelantan Royalty to pay royalty to his subjects!  Thus Umno Mahathir and Umno Najib against the Sultans of Kelantan and Terengganu over-powered  and discriminated the royalties. What more the poor “ rakyat “ !

                             This is nothing new when Mahathirism autocrate went against the royalties  withdrawn the Malay Sultanate immunity and could be brought to a special court for hearing. This immunity was taken by Mahathir  as the “ NEW ROYALTY “ when even he had condemned the Malay Sultanates seditiously but he was not taken under the Sedition Act because  false democracy in Malaysia does not take the IGP, Lord President, Attorney General, under the jurisdiction of the  “ Yang Di Pertuan Agong “ ( The Federal Sultanate ) or comes under the Parliament. Even “ BPR “ or “ SPRM” ( Malaysia Anti Corrupt Commission ) now is not under the Parliament and the Constitution has not been amended to do so .

                            One simple example when Rafidah Aziz ( Minister )  was brought to him with the prima facie standing ; he has utilized and abused all his  autocratic power to dismiss the case ! Thus Mahathirism performs “ False or Pseudo Democracy “ in this country and still in practice as long as Umno and BN is not dethrone in the GE13 ! .

                           Autocratic Mahathirism does not tolerate justice and is very dangerous to the people and the nation. Because it creates havoc , anarchy and disharmony in this country!. One simple  example is the massaces of the ‘ Memaly Tragedy ‘  which happened during the autocrate Mahathir premiership . But Musa Hitam ( Deputy ) became his ‘ scape goat “ because he flew away to China when that event took place the same day to save his skin ! Whose murderous work was the Memali massacre! If not for  his ‘ green-light ‘ ! Until now the DPP could not prove  Matyr  Ibrahim Libya and his students were criminals . But obviously Matyr Ibrahim ‘s influence was so great in Kedah and gave a great impact and political momentum as a phenomenon to oust Umno leadership . And to Umno  he must be eliminated!

                           But now the Almighty gives Kedah to PAS ! and proven to be good govenance with a  surplus budget not as the Federal Government running at deficits in seven successive years . Due to cronyism, corruptions and abuses of power!   Crony first ; allocations given to Conglomerates RM19 Billion for four persons only such as Ananda Krishnan, YTL , Syed Mokhtar and the latest RM7Billion subsidy ‘ DONATED “ to Mahathir’s son Petron Oil Company ; forcing MAS to buy petrol from petron and forgo government oil company i.e. Petronas for six months. ( may be after that no more Umno in power after  the GE13 by the grace of the Almighty ! )  But when “ PTPTN “ ( Students Loans ) is proposed by Pakatan to be given free . Umno said the country will go bankcrupcy . Whereas Pakatan said it costs only RM5Billion !

                                       Whereas Tajuddin Ramli of MAS RM1/2 Billion bail-out and debts not recovered , Eric Chia Perwaja Steel debts not being recovered  and the latest being Shahrizat Cowshit proxies debts RM250Million not being recovered back ! ; cowshit money already being spent buying condominiums  in Singapore and KL etc . Usually anywhere in the world autocrates are rich such as Suharto and the latest is Mubarak  good friends of Mahathir ( 2M ) who were sent to jail . Mahathir once , during his premiership ; ‘bail-out’ his own son shipping company according to Anuar ( Opposition Leader and former Deputy Prime Minister )) the sum of RM2Billion from Petronas money when Anuar insisted of doing so towards the national treasury because it’s the public money ! But only an autocrate could do so by abuses of power  and cronyism and dispelled Anuar in the final stage as the DPM ! .

                                    Autocrate Mahathirism has also breached the Federal Constitution by withrawing the Bumi / Malays scholarships which is ordained , protected and secured by the provisions in the Federal Constitution . We do not have a Constitution Court , so it’s easy for an autocrate like Mahathir with his  full power more than the Malay Sultans . After the Constitutional Crisis was in favour of him with the amendments done ! . That is subdued the Malay Sultanates immunity ) And this autocrate had also withdrawn  Bahasa Melayu as the National Language when he enforced English Language as the medium of instructions in schools for the subjects of Mathematics and Science. Many poor remote areas students failed these subjects because they don’t understand English and their parents and family are not English educated . And they do not access coumputer and high-class tuitions which they could not afford to pay and not available in ‘ Kampongs ‘ ( remote areas and villagers )

                                   Thus Mahathirism autocrate which went against the provisions in the Federal Constitution is betraying the poors , the not better-off and betrayed the muslims , the Malays, Chinese, Indians in the villagers! Predominatly are muslim! Mahathir even betrayed the moslems by withdrawn the money due to SAR ( Religious Rakyat Schools ) ! Is he a moslems!!! Where Guan Eng who is alleged as  anti-Islam and anti – Malay  of DAP has given proper allocations to SAR and religious department which increased every year in the State Budget !  Same on you Mahathir ! Betrayer! Autocrate!

                            Autocrate Mahathirism has denied and denounced the rights to perform Hudud Law for the moslems; where when democratically ; majority of the Rakyat wants it to be implemented in Kelantan and Terengganu ! But being an autocrate Mahathirism disrespect the moslems rights in this country even though it is only meant for the moslems  and the non-moslems could just opt for  the present Civil Law. Thus Mahathir’s Autocracy did not respect democracy and Islam and deny democracy during his premiership when Islam is the official religion as proven in the Zakat System . Thus he has  proven to have been a PSEUDO DEMOCRATE  making democracy and Hudud Law as his political game and MOCKERY ! Just to fullfil the characteristics of an AUTOCRATE !

                           Thus democracy has come to an end in this county under UBN rule . One simple example is when the the PSC ( Parliament Selected Committee ) minority reports was rejected by the parliament and it becomes a ‘ MOCKERY “ of UBN . And the BERSIH 3.0 had been  “ water canon and tear gas being shot “ at the peaceful unarmed “ MULTI- RACIAL “ rally of 200,000 participants ! Thus the people is awaiting for the GE13 to teach a lesson to FALSE and PSEUDO DEMOCRACY  and MAHATHIRISM AUTOCRACY AND FALSE DEMOCRATES UBN by dethrone UMNO in the GE13 by the grace of the Almighty! .

                             Kelantan is a living prove of 22YEARS of TGNA DEMOCRATIC BENEVOLENT STATE FOR ALL ! without any problem and peaceful . And yet has the guts to implement the “ RAKYAT HIGHWAY “  which has been financialy blocked by Umno “ CAKAP TAK SERUPA BIKIN “  ( UMNO NEVER KEPT PROMISES!  ) and ANTI-FEDERALISM ! “ This is Mahathirism and this is UBN autocracy ! and False Democracy ! . Eight Democratic claims of BERSIH 3.0 for a CLEAN, FAIR and FREE ELECTION especially pertaining to ‘ Clean-up “ of the  FALSE ELECTORAL  ROLL has been totally denied by EC especially towards the Selangor Government under Pakatan rule . So as to be the SUBORDINATE of Umno ! being a “ CAMOUFLAGED EC “  of Umno ! .
