                          IF MAHTHIR SAID. “ HUDUD DOES NOT SERVED JUSTICE 2 MALAYSIA “ ( IN ACTUALITY IF NO WITNESSES ; CASES R SHIFTED 2 TAAZIR LAW ( JUDGE DISCRETION ) . THAT IS D CIVIL COURT ! THUS NO CULPRITS OR OFFENDERS R SCOTT-FREE.  )  BUT ON D CONTRARY CIVIL COURT DOES NOT SERVED JUSTICE 2 ALL ; MANY ELITES CULPRITS R SCOTT- FREE! .EVEN D LORD PRESIDENT ; TUN SALLEH ABBAS WAS SACKED FROM POST BY HIS JUNIOR JUDGES N LATER ON APOLOGIZED BY D GOVT N HE N OTHER JUDGES WERE PAID COMPENSATIONS!

                            Nevertheless; RM52b being money or shares due 2 d Bumi ‘ve been swindled by Umno leaders . What happened 2 d culprits!  There’s crimes being committed but  NO CRIMINALS! .

                           In d case of d scandals of PKFZ; RM12b ‘ve been manipulated n swindled!  It’s a big crime but again got no culprits !!  . Mahthir said, Liong Sick did not lie 2 him as a premier of Malaysia . So. Who walloped d people’s money or tax payers money ; RM12b. Thus, d culprits r scott-free !!  Again proven that ; there’s a crime but NO CRIMINALS.
                           D same thing goes 2 d cowshit Sharizat RM250m scandals ! Elite crimes but  NO CRIMINALS !!  Auditor General annual reports; corruption, leakages n wastages n mall practice in d administration! No big boss or Ministers being arrested! ; Again a clear cut ; crystal clear : crimes WITHOUT CRIMINALS( except 4 bilis officers ) ; Public money lost every year ; between RM28b to RM40b !!  elite crimes!Money lost more than GST 2 b collected RM27b yearly by April, 2015!

                           Money due 2 d kelantanese ; RM12b being d royalty supposed 2 b paid by Petronas directly 2 d Government of Kelantan had been blocked from payment!  It’s a breached of agreement of Petronas with d State Government!  ; which is under a court case! The crime by d Federal Government is Y when PAS Government ruled 4 One  term in Terengganu ; royalty was pulled out but prior 2 that during BN Government rule; Royalty had been paid 2 d Government of Terengganu ! N d same case  d Kelantan PAS Government being victimized by Petronas in collaboration with Putrajaya ! Breached of agreement is a crime!

                            Prior 2 d GE13; Najib said d petrol price will not b raised! But 3 months of BN victory; there was a price hike of petrol than led 2 d repercussions n consequences of  electricity tariff hike n price hikes ! Breached of trust 2 his own words is a social crime; “ janji di capati “ .

                            D Altantunya murder case ; No one is d culprit ! So. Who’s d criminals . Whereas, a murder crime had been committed! Again, there’s a crime WITHOUT CRIMINALS ; Elite associated crimes !!

                          In d case of corruption thru’ commissions which is a crime in France pertaining 2 d purchase of d submarine ; kick off money is : RM500m. A submarine could submerge but  could not go up 2 d surface! Razak Baginda was also d suspect in d murder case n oso his company in d submarine scandals ; KD Altantunya!  No one is d culprit of d  submarine scandals n Altantunya murder case!  Whereas a crime had been committed!  Again. There’s a crime WITHOUT CRIMINALS! ; Elites associated crimes!!

                          Even during d previous premier mahthir’s era! D memali-mahthir –massacres; 30 yrs ago had been revealed by Musa Black! . Mahthir was in KL not in Beijing during d cold blooded massacres Black Tragedy occurred ! unitl now no RCI to investigate d massacres! Likewise; according 2 RCI findings; Mahtir was d one held responsible over d syndicate  n scandals of selling off d nation 2d foreigners; until some of them with d IC’s now r working with d army n police SB’s . Finally back-fired with d Lahat Datu intrusion that killed our security forces!

                          But Mahthir was scott-free till now ; as if  having d immunity when d Malay Sultanate immunity had been withdrawn by him ( UBN Government ) during d constitutional crisis! As a matter a fact; now d Malay Sultanate could b brought 2 a special court if a crime is committed! ; Not scott free ! Mahthir oso went against d Sedition Act  with his “roadshows” humiliating d Malay Sultanates ; not done by PAS or DAP which he alleged as “ communist “ n wanted 2 dethrone d Malay Sultanate ; n it's proven 2 b d opposite ; IT'S UMNO ! AS D TRAITOR !!  ; Whereas his private secretary , Sidek Gouse; being a KGB agent n d 3 dollahs were arrested 4 being communists!

                        Thus, a crime had been commited by Mahthir but he was not arrested! Thus; again not only during d era of najib but ofcourse during Mahthir’s era as well . There r so many elite crimes in Malaysia but NO CRIMINALS!!.

                         Malaysia does not have a Constitutional Court ! Thus; many crimes had been committed. Such as Mahthir withdrawn d bumi scholarships which is against d Federal Constitution n oso  once given priority 2 English Language instead of Bahasa Malaysia in Science n Maths subjects which had caused many drop outs in d rural areas!  Mahthir went against d Fed. Constitution . He oso stopped d allocations 4 SAR schools ! Najib continues d blockade!! But Guan Eng CM of Penang fr. DAP assisted SAR schools financially 4 a simple logical reasons ; we need people who r educated 2 build up d nation; regardless of race n religion!  Congrat Pakatan! " JUSTICE 4 ALL "

                         Even d Perwaja Steels n BMF scandals occurred during his time! But no one is d culprit!! . Here again; there r crimes but NO CRIMINALS; Elite associated crimes in Malaysia  B4 now n tomorrow as d pattern goes on in Malaysia ; CRIMES BUT NO CRIMINALS ! This is Najib – Mahthir n this is UMNO ! . But 4 d kampong folks, Felda n Felcra; they r “ BLUR, BLANK N BLIND “ WITH UMNO PROPAGANDA! R u one of them ?? .
