What PR must do for a rural tsunami at GE14

Here are some suggestions on how Pakatan Rakyat can be prepared for the next general election:
1. To fight BN propaganda in the rural areas (including East Malaysia), PR needs to go on aggressive fund-raising. Get donations from the rakyat. You need lots of money to fight the money-politics of BN and this is the reality.
2. PR States of Selangor and Kelantan MUST follow the example of Penang in providing free Internet Wifi in public places. In the case of Selangor, free Wifi should be provided to every kampung in addition to the Selangor newspaper. This is needed to counter Utusan Malaysia and local TV channels watched by the kampung folks.
3. Free water is not enough. PR service centres should be set up to service every kampung in Selangor. Use the power of incumbency to strengthen PR's hold on Selangor, especially rural Selangor. In this way, BN will never wrest back Selangor! Raise money and start setting up PR service centres in every constituency in Malaysia, especially East Malaysia.
Focus on rural Malaysia. Rural Malaysia must awaken before they can launch a rural tsunami! The urban and semi-urban areas are already pro- Pakatan and so needs less attention.
4. Lastly, like what Lim Kit Siang suggested, PR needs to tranformed into an official coalition with a common logo. Use an amalgamation of all three flags of the three main coalition partners for ease of recognition by voters.
