Yes bro, I understand there is Sharia laws and courts for Muslims in every state in the country including the federal state. But that is to deal with Muslim marriage & divorce, Khalwat, gambling, liquor and apostate. Nobody in Malaysia rejects these applying to Muslims but criminal law is the question. You cannot have hudud because it contradicts with the federal constitution. That is the crux of the matter here. No offence Sharia is not against FC but hudud is and you cannot try a Muslim who had robbed under hudud and a non Muslim under the penal code because both are citizen of the country government by the federal constitution. The crux of d matter is not hudud ‘cos it’s already there in d FC ; but u don’t seem 2 understand that d crux of d matter is : d punishment is not hudud punishment based on   Act 355 or 356 . That is maximum punishment : 356 ;  3 yrs imprisonment, RM5,000/-  penalty n 6 slashes .  So as u could c bro.
